clinical problem and/or need; reasons why existing solutions
to resolve it are not satisfactory; and what improvements
will result from your proposed solution.

works. Your initial description of the clinical problem or
your proposed solution should not contain any confidential
information.
At a later stage, we will work with you to protect
the confidentiality of your innovations before you disclose
any type of confidential information.

needs and interests. As a result, you will be involved as
